Early in her career, she spent nine years with Nordstrom, where she worked in sales, customer service, human resources, and training. Eventually, Terra decided she wanted greater independence and the opportunity to build something of her own. Encouraged by her husband and inspired by positive experiences buying homes herself, she chose to pursue a career in real estate. What began as a new chapter eventually turned into a profession spanning two decades.
Over the years, Terra has witnessed changing markets, shifting technologies, and countless economic cycles. Through every market condition, she has remained committed to one principle. Real estate is not about selling houses. It is about helping people.
